Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer (hereinafter — the "Agreement") is addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the "User") wishing to use the fri.my AI-powered services.
1. Parties
Service provider: IE Tormyshev Valery Evgenyevich, TIN 164408714225, Reg. No. 324169000123900.
User: any person who accepts this offer by registering on the platform or using the services.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The provider grants the user access to AI-powered text generation services (review responses, product descriptions, etc.) on a subscription or pay-per-use basis as described on the pricing page.
3. Acceptance
This offer is accepted by registering an account or making a payment. Acceptance constitutes a full and unconditional agreement to all terms herein.
4. Service Access and Payments
Access to paid features is granted after successful payment. Generation credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits expire according to the subscription terms stated at the time of purchase.
5. Obligations of the Provider
- Provide access to services in accordance with the purchased plan
- Maintain service availability with commercially reasonable efforts
- Protect user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
6. Obligations of the User
- Provide accurate registration information
- Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". The provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 30 days.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. The provider may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the provider's location.
